From Australia to Hong Kong to the Pacific Northwest
I’m originally from Australia and have worked across Sydney, Melbourne, and Darwin. In 2004, I relocated to Hong Kong and chose to leave my 10-year corporate career in learning and development to build a location-flexible business. That leap of faith became Bauhinia Solutions, an operational and administrative support agency that has proudly supported over 200 clients across Asia since 2007.
Today, I live in Vancouver, Washington, and continue to lead my team in Asia while consulting with purpose-driven business owners who are ready to get serious about systems, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

I’m a global citizen who has travelled extensively. As a lifelong learner, I’m often reading, taking a class related to spirituality, or diving into thought-provoking documentaries. I find creative joy in mixed-media art, mandala drawing, and doodling. My husband calls me the cat whisperer — I’ve spent years socialising wild kittens and rescuing abandoned shop cats. Today, I care for four rescue cats who made the move with me from Hong Kong.
